Where is my order?

Orders arrive in about 5 days. The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Nothing yet after 7 days? Send us your order number.

How do I get a refund?

Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@glissu.com within 30 days with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

My skin stung. What should I do?

Rinse with plenty of cool water straight away. A light tingle is normal; stinging means rinse right away. Then write to us and tell us what happened.

It didn't take all the hair off.

Coarse hair needs a thicker layer and the full 5 minutes. Wipe a small patch first: if the hair doesn't slide away, give it another minute.

Where can I use it?

Legs, underarms, arms and back. Not on the face or intimate areas, and not on broken or freshly shaved skin.

I have sensitive skin. Should I try it?

Patch test a small spot first for the full 5 minutes and check it the next day. Some people feel a light tingle. If it stings, rinse right away.

Does it smell like other creams?

There's a light scent while it works, and it rinses away clean in the shower, so you're not smelling it for the rest of the day.
